We offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure that you are satisfied with every fragrance purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@amblescents.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund return postage or courier costs for items being returned due to a change of mind.

Currently, we ship our premium home fragrance collections locally and nationwide.

We ensure safe delivery, but if anything arrives harmed, our support team will assist you immediately.

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your luxury diffuser package ships out.
